OSNA is headed up by a board of directors. The board of directors is a cross-section of physicians from the network.  All areas of specialty are represented as well as locations throughout the Valley.  There are three oversight committees including: the Executive, Finance and Quality Assurance Committees. These committees meet monthly and tend to the network's operations and provide peer oversight of the members.

Each OSNA certified physician is carefully selected, going through a complex peer-review application process prior to being awarded membership.  Once becoming members, each physician is continually reviewed by their fellow members to ensure network standards are adhered to, and that the finest quality of care is available to their patients.
