I entered college as a business major, but I soon realized that I enjoyed the science classes more. Because of that, I switched to medicine. I discovered in medical school that the orthopaedic surgeons were the happiest. I like the three-dimensional problems that orthopedics provides because my brain works that way. I also enjoy the variety of orthopaedic problems, including the complex issues such as leg lengthening and post-traumatic deformity correction.
