John K. Bradway, MD Dr. Bradway has served as the President of OSNA, PLLC since 2008. He also was the President of OSNA, PC for over fifteen years. As an orthopedic surgeon, he specializes in total joint replacement. Dr. Bradway is an Examiner for the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery. He has received numerous “top doctor” designations from national and local organizations. Dr. Bradway graduated cum laude from Whitman College and received his MD degree from University of Arizona College of Medicine. He then completed his orthopaedic residency at the Mayo Graduate School of Medicine (Mayo Clinic). He is board certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery and is a member of the American Association of Hip and Knee Surgeons. |

David M. Ott, MD Dr. Ott has served as the Senior Vice President of Operations for OSNA, PLLC since 2008. He also served in leadership roles with OSNA, PC for over fifteen years. As an orthopedic surgeon, he specializes in total joint replacement. Dr. Ott has been named as a “top doctor” by many national and local organizations. Dr. Ott received his MD degree from University of California, Los Angeles. He then completed his orthopaedic residency at Maricopa Medical Center in Phoenix. He is board certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery and is a fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons. |

James F. Davidson, MD Dr. Davidson has served as the Vice President of Medical Affairs for OSNA, PLLC since 2010. He is Board Certified in Orthopaedic Surgery and has Subspecialty Certification in Sports Medicine. Dr. Davidson is an experienced orthopedic surgeon specializing in shoulder and knee disorders. In addition, he has developed a special interest in health policy and has been a teacher of correct coding for orthopedics. Dr. Davidson graduated with honors from Yale University and received his MD degree from Columbia University. He then completed his orthopaedic residency and sports medicine fellowship in Phoenix. He is an active member of the American Orthopaedic Society for Sports Medicine and the Arthroscopy Association of North America. |

Paul D. Barnes, PhD Dr. Barnes has served as the Chief Executive Officer of OSNA, PLLC since 2009. Before coming to OSNA, he was the CEO of Navitas Cancer Rehabilitation, a venture-backed company which developed a unique approach to rehabilitation services for cancer patients and survivors. He previously was the Chief Marketing Officer of ActiveHealth Management, a healthcare IT and disease management company that was acquired by Aetna. Earlier positions included President and COO of APS Healthcare as well as Chief Marketing Officer for Magellan Health Services. Dr. Barnes graduated from Wheaton College in Illinois and received his MS and PhD degrees in clinical psychology from Florida State University. He completed his internship in clinical psychology at the Indiana University School of Medicine. He practiced as a psychologist for several years before beginning his career in healthcare management. |

Michael Marion Mr. Marion has served as the Chief Financial Officer of OSNA, PLLC since 2009. Before coming to OSNA, he was the CFO of DoctorSolutions, Inc., a physician practice management and consulting company focused on enhancing the business health of specialty physician practices. The largest client of DoctorSolutions was OSNA, PC, and as such, Mr. Marion functioned as corporate controller of OSNA, PC for 12 years. Prior to that, he was the Finance Manager of St. Joseph’s Hospital Physician Hospital Organization. Mr. Marion graduated from Arizona State University with a BS degree in Finance. He is a member of the Institute of Management Accountants and the Healthcare Financial Management Association. |
